Aristokitty Himalayans and Persians is herein known as the seller.

1. The seller warrants that the kitten is free of genetic defects and diseases and is up to date on vaccinations.  The seller will replace the kitten with one of similar quality if it should die of a genetic defect on or before it's 1st birthday. There are NO cash refunds. We must receive proof from a licensed veterinarian, at the buyers expense, stating the cause of the kittens untimely death and this must state the findings as proof of it being a genetic defect. All shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. No shipping costs will be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Each kitten comes with a health certificate. This certificate will show the kitten is free from intestinal parasites and the vaccinations the kitten has received to date.
3. If at any time this kitten/cat is found to be in an unfit/ abusive home, the seller reserves the legal right to remove the animal from the premises. The buyer must surrender the animal and all appropriate papers to the seller without compensation.
4. If the aforementioned kitten is being sold as a pet, the CFA registration papers will be mailed to the buyer upon receipt of proof from a licensed veterinarian that the kitten has been altered. This must be completed within 6 months of the purchase date.
5. We do NOT recommend Feline Leukemia vaccines. These can cause serious health issues, including giving the kitten Feline Leukemia. It is up to the buyer whether he wants to give this vaccine, however, if the buyer decides to give this, then the health guarantee is null and void.

 Buyer:

1. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the aforementioned kitten and agrees to provide him/her with a good home. The buyer will provide prompt medical attention from a licensed veterinarian when and if necessary.
2. The kitten must remain indoors at all times and never be caged. The kitten must also never be declawed as this is hurtful and unnecessary to the kitten.
3. If for some reason the buyer can no longer care for the cat, the seller has first right of refusal of the aforementioned kitten.
4. The buyer agrees to have the kitten seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from the date of sale and to bring up any health concerns within this alotted time frame. After this time, only the genetic health guarantee will remain in effect. Again, there are NO cash refunds.
5. Any legal costs necessary to uphold this contract will be the responsibility of the buyer.
